I went to this Hospital with my kids and found that the place is quiet neat and clean. It is a spacious hospital and easy to find. The staff are very charm and helpful, easy administration anyway. The eye tests done to my children were good and complete, some additional test also done which seem reliable. Not too much discussion with the doctor but seems she is very expert in her field. They have also opticals store so we went directly to get the spectacles as prescription by doctor. Good price, much discounts as many other Optical. Overall, good experience

Good atmosphere in hospital like a family. They are treated as their own family member . Staffs are very cooperative and loving to my family members. Especially happy Regards to doctors , optometrists, nursing staff, front office staff, optical staffs with administrator too. I am recommending this hospital to my friends and other family members too.

Yes Dr Agarwals Kottayam was the answer to all my eye problems. I highly recommend every one of you to this very hospital because of the results and satisfaction they give to a patient. I am very grateful for this institution,the way they treated me,their hospitality, thier concern and responsibility , dedication ,everything just blew my mind. I cannot post my review without writing about the staff who work there because they are the most caring people you can find. The nursing staff , the optometrists-who were tirelessly working for the betterment of the patient; Their patience amazed me. And about doctors, they are the best. The optical team helped me to pick right choice spectacles for me.All best to the team making me happy. Experience...... I'm very happy with my spectacle and the optical staff's are very much helpful to choose which spectacle and lens coatings are suits for a person..
