I will highly recommend the hostel because of the best accomodation provided. The rooms are spacious with cupboards. Everything is easily accessible such as supermarkets, gym, bus stops and so on. It is a very convenient hostel. I have faced no trouble with the accomodation service.

This hstl was more like a home for me.....Things couldn't be much better than this in any other hstl.......Taking away soo much good memories and good experience from this beautiful home...... Definitely gonna miss dis place....
I have been staying in Eva Homes for almost an year and I'm glad to have made this amazing choice for my stay. What I was looking for was a calm and quite place for the rigorous preparation of my CA exam. I couldn't have been more happy to have finally found this place that perfectly suited my requirements. The hostel is neatly maintained with good light passage and air circulation. No worries for security as there is a lady warden and Gate security available round the clock. The location is convenient with walkable distance from Kanjikuzhy town. Just opposite to the hostel is a Chapel by Latin Fathers. Other facilities like gym, provisional stores, restaurants etc are available nearby. To sum it up, I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Eva Homes and would recommend it to all the ladies looking for a happy place for your accommodation.
Worst experience ever.
Though it was a short days but had a great a experienced.The rooms and washrooms were very neat and clean.Warden was very accommodating.i enjoyed during stayed.

I believe that there's no better place than Eva if you are looking for safe and homely atmosphere for your stay.... I'm one of the inmates from the very beginning and I can vouch for the comfort and safety of this place.... I'm very happy that I made a choice to live here every time I had to stay at Kottayam. Its a home away from your home where you'll never be homesick. I appreciate all the efforts taken by our lady owner for keeping each and everyone comfortable. Keep up the good job.. will always be my only choice if I hav to stay at Kottayam.
