Very worst service experience ever had. Gave my Yamaha Ray for first service and they told I will get it by 5pm. I called the service centre at 4pm for confirming whether the service is done or not. As they told it is done, I went back to service centre by 5pm. When I reached in service centre, my vehicle is still there in the same position where I kept in the morning. They didn't even touch the vehicle. After 15 minutes they took my vehicle inside the service centre and It took 45 minutes for washing itself as people were busy in talking each other. THE MAIN THING WAS I HAVE TOLD THAT THERE IS SOME ISSUE WITH HEADLIGHT AS IT TURNS OFF WHEN I SWITCH IT TO BRIGHT. After the service when I checked the issue, it is still there. They didn't bother about the complaint. I'm very doubtful whether they have changed the engine oil as I cannot see it from customer lounge. I will not go again to this unprofessional and stupid service centre

Have done 3rd service today. Given my bike @8.30 am in the morning they & my bike was marked as 1st bike for the day for the service & the service advisor promised me to give at 5.30 pm in the evening, I do not understand why this much of time taken for the service but I was ok with that. At the time of purchase, they have promised me that I can avail 5 free service without any labour cost but I have to pay for the parts if any replacement comes. Today they charged me Rs 607 for changing for brakepad as labour cost. I didn't even understand what kind of free service these guy's are providing to the customer. & one more thing have to highlight,the service haven't been done on the promised time I have waited for another one hour. This is not kind of service am expecting from big brand like yamaha so pathetic...
