Very poor service. Today it's 16/04/2021. My Hycon ups, which is less than one year old, stopped working from 13/04/2021. Though complained no one has turned out sofar. Because no system is working people in my office are ideling for the last 4 days. I called all possible. But all in vain. Most of the time the phones are busy. When they pickup the answer will be they are comming. Even today morning they told me that my case will be the first to attend. But it's 1 PM no one has turned up so far. I am fedup.

Product lasts for max 5 years. There after you will have to buy another one.. Poor quality metal used for water heater that rusts off in few years and starts leaking... What ever brand you buy, make sure it made of graded SS Service promptness deserve negative stars.

Hope less service...Hykon kottayam.If you register a complaint they may come after 3 or 4 days.... Every time if you call and remind them they will say stories...and assure you within one hour it will get done. But nothing will happen for sure.If you have an emergency go to Ernakulam and your work will done within minutes...hats off to Cochin service persons of hykon
