Very bad experience.. If I can give no stars I would... The staff there are very arrogant and uncooperative.. Very unhappy with there response and service.. Scenario: 4 lady staff and one lady manager Reasons: 1. After we filled our oil, we asked for tyre air check and they pointed out to the area where its done.. We waited there for over 10 minutes and tried to get there attention when no one showed up. 2. When finally, one of them came because we called them over, she said they only have few staff and that its usually men staff who check air and asked us to to check the air ourself. (Mind you...it wasn't busy at the pump..there was clearly intervals where all of them were just standing around)(sadly I didnt take pictures for proof because I wasn't expecting this to happen) And we told her we didn't know how's its done. That being said she just disappeared and then never came back We waited for another 10 minutes thinking she will return...but didn't.. 3. Finally we went and complained to the manager, who also was very indifferent regarding the scenario. She send over another staff...who has newly joined and knows nothing. And finally the manager came over and was standing and what not with the machine and walking back and forth...clearly she didnt know what she was doing either and when we asked she said the machine needs to pump because the compressor was off and the tank was empty.. 4. Outrageous how they expect the customers to do it when the staff working there don't know how its done.. This happened yesterday (17/09/2020 at 2.30 pm). See, there is dignity of labour whichever it is.. If working at least show dignity to your own Labour! Not knowing how to do ur job is not an excuse!! And claiming only men do such tasks is the lamest of all...
