Last month I purchased a sewing machine from this shop.(Kottayam KK road ) On the very next day it's needle was broken about 4-5 needles was broken that day and I brought the machine to the shop.They did some thing and for 2-3 weeks it run smoothly and again started the same issue.one day it breaks 11 needles!!.I brought the machine again to them.This people are neither finding out nor rectifying the actual issue of my sewing machine and they are only trying me to convince to buy a sewing machine with higher capacity. Not a good experience with this people. From my experience they don't deserves even a single star in the review rating.
