Worst experience at cash counter, only one person to process transactions and he was doing a terrible job of managing people, asking all customers to wait for receiving coupons after processing payment, causing all customers to queue up at the counter. They need to be given basics of customer service before servicing customers. We ended up forfeiting the discount coupon of 650/- because it would take more than an hour for the cash person to get back to us.
