Bought a Frog granite x40(mtb) cycle from the shop. Main aim was to shred. Fixed 6 speed gears. Though gears slipped few times, they serviced it. The fact with gear cycle is that Everything depends on how well the rider maintains it and how smoothly he shifts and tunes it . Had many rides. Really comfortable cycle, confident on on&off roads.. Started losing pounds of weight..

This WAS USED TO be a good shop.gud products, and best service and customer satisfactory.. but NOW THE WORST SHOP EVER..all they do is just loot the customers by providing low products in high rates and also just cheats if the children's goes there by theirself with their most precious bicycle.. Just faced such an incident in my home itself to my brother who bought an 15k rs bicycle. worst services and the RECEPTIONIST have the worst attitude and also don't respect their customers.. so BETTER CHOOSE ANY OTHER SHOP

Pathetic! I went there to buy a cycle and had to leave halfway since the people there were so ignorant. Very bad service and customer support post sales. The guy in the sales is the worst; never going to visit again.
