I strongly insist not to go for.. I had to pay 26000 extra for none of my reason but the failure of their electronic transfer. They will somehow snatch our extra money even if their due is paid on time

“Thief” will be the one word to describe this bank. I wish I could give -5 ️ if possible. I got a loan on my Honda from this location few years ago, all our emi’s were taken on time. I am a NRI and I western union to my sis-in-law who deposits to my account, it was during May, as covid was on its full swing and she wasn’t able to get the money from the WU on time so she was late by a day to deposit, to my surprise they didn’t take the money from the bank and started charging INR 200/month for the rest of the tenure and increased the emi to one more month. I am ok paying the Inr 200 but think about this from a larger perspective as they might be changing millions of people in India as I believe most weren’t able to even get out of the house during those months. My sis-in-law was at the Kottayam branch last day and they were like bunch of punks with no respect for a client, not even giving her any information about what’s going on. The only response was “it was moratorium month”. I am going to file a legal complaint in the customer count and see what happens. Don’t bank with these people, if you have respect for yourself and your hard earned money. I am sure all 5️’s are from the employees who work there.

I gave the perfect 5 only because for the exceptional services they provide . Particularly my Relationship Manager Mr. Aravind V Nair. The long men like Mr. Nair is your R.M the less you need to bother about banking and allied services .Unlike most nationalized banks the depositors are treated with well respect and dignity here.
