There is no response from their customer care and from reception desk.I called several times to their phone number and no response.How these fellows can run a health care firm without proper guidance and support to their fellow clients.

Very poor customer care by reception staffs. Not at all maintaining the appointment time. Very bad experience i had. I hope the management will train the staffs for better customer care. Otherwise no one will come again here for any examination.

Not maintaining time for appointment.I am going through one of the worst experience at this place. We have brought patient with back problem from HGM for MRI scan with appointment fixed two days back for 6 pm today. We have come by ambulance and still waiting it is 8 pm now. Totally irresponsible no

Very bad experience. I am going through one of the worst experience at this place. Today I called for an appoinment for one test and reception staff were confirmed with particular staff and booked the appoinment. After reached diagnostic centre we again confirmed with particular sister and she asked to wait..waited for 2 hours and done procedure...moreover , before the procedure again we informed the doctor that ,what test was required. After all this, we received wrong procedure result form receptionist and they were arguing with the result and said according to the condition this was enough..
