Very poor customer service after sales. Once they sell you a product they give you a very poor customer service. Have been contacting them for a repair within a week of installation and haven't got any positive response from them.

Bought a Samsung air conditioner from Nandilath Kottayam. They committed to send someone to fix it in 2 days and when the technicians came to fix it, a part inside is missing!! How can a retailer remove a part from inside a product that has been purchased?? Low standards of service. And now there is no certainty as to when I can have my air conditioner working in my room. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THIS STORE AGAIN!!
