Have been dealing with popular for last 9 years, well equipped, good technicians, availability of all spares. I don't have the opinion that it is bad, but services can be made better. I felt service side is superb, can feel the change in car after a service, road side assistance is great as they come anywhere for help,Paint works are also great. Felt Polish works are bit on the low, service advisors can be made better

Totally dissatisfied. I was doing all the periodical repairs of my Santro at Popular Hyunday. All the service bills were too high. Unnecessary additional works. Delayed despatch after work. Business minded work advisors. Service at 80k km went wrong. Vehicle went off-road immediately after repairs, towed back for repairs. First, they said it was all happening and common. When I asked the technical details in writing, they came by my way. They had to do Engine work complete at zero bill, only because I asked technical details. They were begging me not to report to company or move legally. Got back my car repaired with a zero bill and appologies, but exchanged it soon, as I lost my mind on it. I was a fan of Hyunday, but began cursing Hyunday for what happened. Then understood it all was the lack of quality of Popular Service, Kottayam. Just check the way they handle your vehicle in the yard. So I did a study and again purchased Hyundai, now Elite i20 CRDi Asta, exchanging Santro. Took the same number of my favourite Santro, 6696. This time from another dealer at Kottayam. Perfect service. Genuine bills. It has been 5 years. Very happy with my car. Popular service started calling me requesting service. I blocked them strictly from calling me again. Never back to Popular, me or my acquaintance. It is business. But be genuine on work advices. Train your technicians. Do engine works more carefully. Atleast beware that your technicians are not the final word. Change your attitude. Rest will follow.
