I am giving 5 star because people must see this review first. My experience with rich rose was horrible. What I told them was not the final result. They don’t listen to our opinion, instead they put in their ideas and make the worst out of it. My whole event was spoiled. I don’t recommend them to anyone and please do not trust fully and blindly give it to them. Be careful!

These two photos of our daughter's wedding events at Kochi on 23rd and 24th November 2017, Taj Gateway and Bolgatty Palace, designed and set up by Rich Rose. We won’t say, we engage them, but they become part of our family to make our dream event to happen. Both Priya and Krishna and their team were highly professional and well experienced in this field. Right from day one we met, they were with us at every moment, advised us promptly and responded to our every question and our every requirement. All our guests including some high profile personalities and foreign visitors, appreciated the designs and all the arrangements. More than value for the money paid, they took care of everything, leaving piece of mind to us. Only way of saying thanks to them is by praying God bless them with health and strength to make many more such events for the benefit of the society.

I've always had a wonderful experience with Rich Rose. The staff is very humble, warm, suggestive and cooperative. I've seen their growth over the years, it's just got better with each passing experience, in fact it was good from day one, my first interaction was 19 years ago and I still order flowers from them for various occasions, so that proves it all. They never compromise on quality and deliver excellent quality products each time. From person taking the order, to the delivery boy, everyone is friendly. The mode of payment is also flexible, whichever way we are comfortable with. Many new florists have come up in town, it's a competitive world you see, but I still believe that the one who has experience of authenticity with time and quality work is the best, so when you come across unnecessary negative comments even from people who've not even ordered flowers there ever and are so idle to spread thy word, is sad to know and is so unacceptable, which made me wrote this, so if you're not satisfied with something, go tell them, they'll rectify the issue if at all or refund, let each other grow, we all make mistakes but we all can improve, you know even in the pandemic if we have not learnt from this, then when will we? Btw, thank you for making my family members pandemic Birthdays oh so wonderful with beautiful fresh flowers delivered with utmost safety and care. Thank you.
