Low Quality Service The kallada bus serivice is the worst service that I had dealt with. I travelled from palakkad to kochi for an examination. But the service is too bad that they didn’t even do their duty well after we paid the money.

I have travelled a lot in Kallada buses from the banglore-kottayam route. My experience has always been nice. Helpful staff and nice buses, though I have faced delay on many occasions.

They say they give water & other amenities. I didn't get any of it. Ride in that bus is pathetic. Seats are so hard
