They are scamming people who booked airline tickets through them. Because of covid19 all the flights were canceled and Travisa manager from kottayam is not doing anything to return the money.
Been there for my parents’ visiting visa. The office is so congested, people just rush . There is no token or anything. Whoever is smart enough to find their way to the desk, they will be attended first. When you call from abroad, they will respond quite politely and give you a brief idea of what’s needed for the next steps. But when you or your loved ones go to their office for queries, they will make you run for documents or it’s a different story. No organised way of doing things. Spoke to their boss in the US , he doesn’t even know the basics of documentation. He told me he is the ultimate decision maker & all the documents will be verified by him before submitting . But it’s not true. The office itself verifies everything & each time you go , your case will be attended by different staff. And they don’t follow a specific guideline for visa application, whatever they feel is right, they will fill it out. Worst experience ever !!! Please don’t choose them. My parents visa got rejected twice without proper documentation. They convinced my parents , that’s why went through them a second time. But they literally didn’t make any difference in the application . And they made them pay Rs.2000 in advance for the flight each time and never paid them back. And for a visiting visa they charge you Rs.17,000 which is pretty higher than the other agencies, when we shopped around . I don’t know why people rush to them , when there are trustworthy and knowledgeable agencies.

Of course they are good professionals for helping you. But they simply waste our time. They do many other businesses in between considering our matter. Some times we get boring while we sit before them.
