Pathetic service. Went twice to buy steel pipes - The first time the owner got angry at my father for asking pretty straightforward questions. We left as it definitely pricked my father. The second time I went, the next day, to buy the same pipes, I was told off by an employee there. So if you want to go to a place, pay your money and be shouted and abused - Varisserry steels is the place for you. Instead I drove to Kodimatha to get steel rods. The people there were fantastic and polite.
