This is a fraudulent company. My Cartier frames were on back order and Jim kept advising about this or that delay and he was doing his best to get them to me. I have 4 pages of emails with all the back and forth. After 6 months I requested a refund. Long story short I never received the glasses and it has been 2 months now that he has been “trying” to issue me a refund for 747.16. Buyer beware! Don’t use this company.

Great prices great service. Much faster that my local optical place that takes 3 weeks to deliver. There are Optometrists and Opticians available to talk to you and help with understanding what to do online. Thank you for the great service.
I cracked my lenses and needed them replaced. Kounopt optometrists did a wonderful job of replacing my broken lenses with high quality , athentic lenses. They were so polite and respectful and used good communication with me through the whole process. The price was very reasonable. They went over and above what I expected. I would recommend Kounopt Eye Glasses to any one.
I want to thank the staff at Kounopt for their very helpful advice on selecting my Silhouette prescription eyeglasses. I was hesitant in the beginning as I never bought eyeglasses online before especially a name brand. The glasses not only fit perfectly but I received all the documentation for authenticity! Thank you kounopt for the great and prompt service at a very affordable price.
No doubt, they offer good price. However, it came with prices. It took them 1.5 month to ship the order to me. The glasses came with wrong lens on the right first. It took another month for them to fix. I didn't like it in then end, I feel dizzy wearing them. Jim agreed that I can return and get refund. However, I shipped the glasses back on Sep 14, it's Nov 1st today, I am still waiting for my refund!!!
My last pair of Silhouette glasses were exactly as I expected. I had my prescription checked locally and it was exactly correct. I want to thank the staff at kounopt for their patience and helpful advice. I look forward to placing an order for my son now as well. Thank you so much for the great price and quality with an almost 50% saving!
I’m really happy with the service and quality of my new Ray-Ban‘s with prescription lenses. This company has a special process to create mirrors on the lenses like the original Ray Bans so they look original. Great look thanks.
Used to be a good source for glasses, but now seems to be outright fraudulent. My order status was never updated and all attempts at communication resulted in dishonest replies. I've had no choice but to dispute the charge. Something happened with Kounopt and they should be avoided at all costs.
