Jim was my salesman and he was amazing. The transaction was mostly over the phone and email and he was responsive, honest, and straightforward throughout the entire process. When it was time to pick up our bikes they were ready and Jim was even able to quickly add another bike to our purchase and get it ready to go quickly. Now it was time to get the bikes home - Jeff and Jim went above and beyond getting our truck loaded so we could make the 3 hour drive home. The bikes were secure and never moved the entire trip. I highly recommend this shop and the team.

Awesome local cycle shop with great staff. I have purchased three bikes here and this shop has been awesome everytime. I will not shop elsewhere for a bike. Great crew of people working here that are very knowledgeable and friendly. Have known about this shop since I was in high school and the only thing that has changed since then is the date on the calendar. Thanks guys for keeping it a great place to shop.
