I gave my dress for washing & ironing. They agreed to to give after 3 days. But on the delivery day, I got a call that they need 1 more day as delivery of my dress didn't reached from their head office. I agreed I went next day and they are saying the delivery boy didn't come and will arrange it within half an hour. Later I got a call that I need to wait till next day and need to come only after their call. My dress is ready but they are not able to arrange to their office from their main location. Very poor customer service. :-(
