Very bad service They refused to deliver the package to home, I had paid 150 rupees as delivery charge then also they refused to do so..not consumer friendly

Beware:One of the worst courier services in Kozhikode. They will charge to deliver at address and force you to go and collect at their center. Think thrise before sending a gift through this courier services... I had more than 3 experiences.

Most unprofessional and irresponsible. The parcel had reached Calicut. On tracking I see it as out for delivery. But without contacting me or reaching my apartment next I see on tracking that 'delivery failed'. My attempts to contact their office ends with their phone'either switched off or just not responding. Horrible!!!
