I love this eye doctor, but the waiting is unbearable. As I am aware of his eventual retirement, it may be a good idea to find an eye doctor with patient waiting time updates. The picture tells it all! Why wait! Best regards,

I haven’t had an eye exam in 2 years. I had heard good things about this practice so I made an appointment. Absolutely the best experience I’ve ever had getting an eye exam The staff was nice and efficient. My appointment was right on time and Dr. Bajic was thorough and explained a few things that I hadn’t known about my eyes. I never felt rushed. I did choose to get my eyeglasses in the same building. Another win! Extremely good pricing and Thom made sure that the lining up for the progressive lenses were correct. They also have. 30 day policy that if you aren’t satisfied they will correct the problem or return your money.

I woke up with an extremely puffy eye (couldn't even keep it open all the way). My boss recommended that I call in and they were able to squeeze me in that same day! Dr. Bajic explained what was wrong with my eye, walked me through the steps to the cure, and even had another staff member search everywhere to find me a sample of some special eye drops so that she wouldn't have to write me an expensive prescription! A week later I'm back to normal. Thank you so much!

Horrible service. After my appointment, I was told by the receptionist that my prescriptions (contacts and glasses) would be mailed to me. 2 weeks later, still no prescription in the mail, I had to call the office again. It took me several days to actually get through to someone, as the lines were always either busy or they didn't return my voicemails. Once I FINALLY got a hold of someone who could send me my prescriptions, they offered to fax my contacts prescription to Costco for me. When I went to Costco to order contacts, I found out that the prescription the office wrote DOESN'T EVEN EXIST for contacts! I have been wearing contacts long enough to know that once the power is stronger than -6.00, they only go up in .50 increments. Any respectable ophthalmologist should know this. They wrote my prescription for contacts for -8.25, so Costco couldn't even fill it! I had to go through the whole process of leaving voicemails and trying to get through again, only to be told that I wasn't justified to be upset about this and it is \wasted energy\ (exact words). I will not be returning and do not recommend this office.
