Came out to my grans house to repair a boiler. Waited over 5 days for parts. Night of repair, we visited my gran to find her sitting in a cold house with no hit water or heating. Logged another visit in with them for the next day and never turned up. They said the job was cancelled as they rang the wrong number. Wont come out and its Friday night and temperature is dropping below 0. Terrible service again.
