They make it VERY easy and you can tell they take a lot of pride in customer service - WAY better than their competitors. Trust me I went through two other providers before finding my way to KP. We have had KP for going on a year, we live in a rural area and it’s been wonderful ,no problems at all Until Friday we got a email super late letting us know Monday morning they were canceling our service without any warning due to their contract with AT&T ! When I emailed they called and said they’d known for a week or so and was trying to fix the problem but couldn’t and they had their high users being disconnected , they can’t tell me our usage and we don’t do anything crazy just tv, gaming and my husband works from home some! But when we signed up and paid for the modem and services we were told it was unlimited , then all the sudden Friday we get the email and Monday we have no service! Very unprofessional & I am one who has told everyone to sign up for their service , posted on social media pushed to get it out there so we could keep the service for long term!! Sad how they do their customers!

After a terrible experience with another company, I found KP Internet. I have only had the service for little over a month, but it has been great so far. There customer service is second to none and they answer there phone. Give them a try, you will not be disappointed.

A very good company with high-quality friendly employees. No risk trial. They warn you when the trial is coming to an end so that you don't overstay if you are dissatisfied. I am very satisfied with the service. For the first time in 20 years I have reliable internet at my house. Had one question about improving service and got an email response with links to additional equipment which improved my service in a very reasonable amount of time. A very good way to go relax a sore arm wanting to stream TV and movies.

I have had a GREAT EXPERIENCE with KP Internet! I had a million questions and concerns and every one was answered friendly and fast. Internet service is great since no providers reach my remote area this is perfect for me. Fast enough to stream movies and "cut the cable" from satellite TV. Thank You for helping me out!

After suffering service of SuddenStink this carrier has been a breath of fresh air!! We initially switched because we are building out in the country but I wish we switched long ago! The customer service is fast, responsive, and local. Our service has been exceptional. No more buffering!! We have reliable internet all the time AND its mobile! So we can take it in the car on road trips or wherever we need to go!

SHELBY AND SUMMER THOMAS: We did not have any good service providers in our area. We tried a company for about 6 months who suddenly started cutting us off after reaching a certain amount of data, i work from home so that wan not going very well, our neighbor told us about KP evolutions and we have had it about a month, so far we love it and have not had any issues. great customer service!!
