Eating Clothes

They missed payments for weeks straight, they wrote wrong details of my bank and blamed me for it, they didn't make me a card for ages and they sent the money on my old card after I told them not to!! They expect you to call them everyday for a job while they forget about every word you've ever said to them. Pathetic agency, only 2 people there who aren't super rude on the phone. I wasted money for taxi and I wasn't supposed to be in work, this happened many times. And they never call you back!

Very poor service. Incredibly slow to respond to correspondence and calls aren't returned.

They expect you to call everyday for jobs. They nearly always pay a week late. Rude over the phone, unprofessional and forget very quickly. Everyone that I know hates kpi.

Totally waste of time. They call you to offer you a job , explain your circumstances get the paperwork sorted but never a call back after....

I admit they have some issues (like every business) ...but if i learned anything in the year and a half that i worked for them is that every problem/issue has a fix/solution . The consultants here are highly professional , kind and very understanding ... that is ... if u don t yell at them for no reason . If u re looking for a job . I highly recommend them .
