Such bad customer service. Ordered a click-and-collect to avoid going into the store. Paid online. Went to do the pick up. 1. You have to enter the store to reach the pick up point. 2. No access without trolley 3. No trolley without jeton/coin, 4. Staff refuse to provide either. 5. Madness!!

Open. I queued for 10 minutes to get in. Everyone is given a trolley with a newly sprayed handle, and paper towel is available to hold it by. No queue to pay.
