Used this laundry for a long time and everything was fine, but this time we had a one stain on our new winter jacket and give to the laundry for cleaning. In fact stain was not fully removed- but it is ok as it was hard stain like oil or something- the main bad thing that we have now a few additional stains which also cannot be removed and as well the cuffs were damaged- sticking threads and rolls- can see on photo and after that - the jacket can be just thrown away

Took a dark brown quilt here to get dry cleaned that smelt like dog and had saliva stains on it. Got it back and it still smelt like dog(with a hint of air freshener) while having less saliva stains. So I think they just hand scrubbed some stains (while missing some) and sprayed it with air freshener.

Absolutely disgusting. Gave them Luis Vuitton scarf to clean and they made a hole in it!! I've been waiting for the phone call 3 days now and nothing. My other scarf which had a stain from coffee, not cleaned at all. The same problem with my coat. I really don't recommend it

Extremely dissatisfied. They could clean only 2 things of 5 and told me that it was my problem. Cleaner was very rude and didn't let me talk to manager. It took me an hour and only after that they agreed to return money for one of the things!

Pralnia pod wieloma względami jest okej, ale według mnie zasadniczym plusem jest bardzo szeroka oferta. Dzięki temu można tutaj wyprać praktycznie każdy element garderoby, ale i wiele elementów wyposażenia domu. Ceny uzależnione są od tego, co ma zostać wyprane, ale na ogół wszystkie są bardzo korzystne.

Ostatnio po raz pierwszy zwróciłam się do pralni o pomoc z wyczyszczeniem sukienki, bo już żadnej innej możliwości nie widziałam. O dziwo udało się plamy pozbyć i to po jednym praniu. Jeśli efekt zawsze jest taki dobry, to z pralni na pewno skorzystam jeszcze nie raz! Na ten moment bardzo polecam!

Znam bardzo dobrze pralnię i kiedyś do jakości prania i obsługi można było się doczepić. Z biegiem czasu zaczęło się jednak poprawiać. Teraz jest na tyle dobrze, że korzystam z pralni bardzo chętnie ;)
