Wide selection of quality bikes for really good prices. I took an electric bike and rode along the river down to the abbey and back. Even though I had checked out the bike for the day, I brought it back early and got a partial refund for the hours I didn’t use. I really appreciated that! The staff were very friendly and helpful and answered my million questions. Checking out the bike was very simple and easy. As a side note, they prefer payment in cash. If you want to bike around Kraków, I would definitely recommend this as a place to rent a bike!

Great service! We cycled to the zoo and when we came back to our bikes on of the tires was flat. Within half an hour one of the guys had come to bring us a new bike and take away the old one. Thanks for that :)
Great experience with the staff and services! The prices are affordable and the quality of service is really good. We got the geared city cycles and they were very comfortable, The staff helped us with everything. Would recommend going for this any day over wavelo or any other company.
We rented two mountain bikes, one city bike and a double trailer for the little kids. It costed 235zl for 24 hours. The service is so friendly and joyful. The bicycles were in excellent condition. I plan to rent from them again.
Correct and fair service. Friendly welcome. But a word a caution in Krakow: many bike jobs are located in the same area with quite similar name. So ensure you are at the right place.
Bikes are alright, locks don't work properly, can't pay with card, they don't tell you that until afterwards, wouldn't really recommend this places. We met 2 employees, one of them was nice, the other one was really rude.
Friendly staff, very easy to rent and return!
Excellent information and service. Good bikes, comfortable and in good condition. Help with saddle adjustment. They took the time to make sure bikes were well fit to person size.
