Needed a replacement of my driver's license send to my consulate in Canada (used to be a student). After months of trying I gave up. They said they sent the mail but it never arrived, my consulate (usually very reliable) stated.

Totally unhelpful, unprofessional and incompetent, needed a permission for my driving license, a normal procedure should last between 3 to 4 weeks. I waited 6 weeks only to know that they didn't do anything because they needed a signature. But they didn't even call or write an email, I only got to know when I called them myself. They lied telling me that they tried to call whereas they didn't. They told me that they tried to sent me the letter twice per post but it didn't arrive, whereas strangely it arrived the day after i called them on the phone (I am sure they lied about that one as well). These incompetent people, getting payed from my and other hard working people taxes showed all forms of disrespect by neglecting my paper work, disrespecting me by not even providing the minimum customer service and denying any responsibility while refusing to apologize. I made an appointment with my lawyer and I will make sure justice will be brought upon everybody involved in obstructing my interests. If I could I would rate with 0 or negative stars.

Elterngeld im November beantragt, bis heute 1 Februar 2022 keinerlei Bescheid, selbst auf Mails wird nicht geantwortet, bei Anruf lediglich immer der AB. Corona empfinde ich mittlerweile nur noch als bequeme Ausrede. Traurig aber so ist die momentane Realität

Also zumindest der Service in der KFZ-Zulassungsstelle hat sich im Vergleich zu meinen vergangenen Besuchen deutlich verbessert. Und der Freitagmorgen 8 Uhr scheint der Geheimtipp zu sein, ich habe keine 5 Minuten gewartet!

Ich bin normalerweise niemand, der gleich eine Rezension verfasst, sobald mir etwas nicht ganz gepasst hat, aber für die Art und Weise, wie mit den Leuten auf der KFZ-Meldestelle umgegangen wird, habe ich keine Worte. Dies geparrt mit der geballten Inkompetenz einzelner Mitarbeiter bringt mich leider dazu, nur einen Stern zu vergeben, welcher tatsächlich noch einer zu viel ist.

Normalerweise bin ich nicht jemand der sich über Google beschwert, aber dank der Inkompetenz einer Mitarbeiterin dort habe ich 800 verloren, nochmal vielen Dank an die Dame. Als Tipp: Entweder zu zweit, mit Anwalt oder garnicht dort auftauchen.
