All in all we had a good stay at Holiday Inn Luzern Kriens. Our room was clean and modern and the bed was very comfy. The staff was very kind and helpful. Though I have to subtract 2 stars, because: a) the parking is priced at 20CHF per night, which is a joke b) the breakfast was okay, but no one minded to clean the tables after someone finished, which is an absurdity in these days of a pandemic c) our room had a sofa (which by itself is nice), but is was folded out to a second bed which inhibited 2/3 of our room

Great experience! Staff in lobby was very kind and helpful during check-in. Room was very clean and modern. Breakfast could be better but has the essentials. Location is great as the train is about two block away from here. Don’t forget to request your city-pass at the front lobby if you plan on using train system as this can save you some money. Would definitely recommend.
Nice new hotel , typical new Holiday inn express design. over all enjoyed the stay but the hotel is missing a safe in the room ; no A/C but a fan in the rooms !!!! this was not so comfortable when the temp outside was around 35 degrees. The hotel is close to the city center, 9 min by car or can use public transport. Quiet area but the hotel is full of large number of Tourists which was not so pleasant as large groups were occupying all areas in lobby and during breakfast.
Very nice and modern feeling rooms. Spacious and aptly oriented .. nice big restaurant area. Can increase their breakfast variety particularly when you have more Chinese and Indian clientele
New hotel .room is great .nice bed can give a comfortable sleep.clear and tidy.staff was helpful.just if breakfast can have more chose will be better.
Great hotel. Very clean rooms. Rooms were quite spacious. Sofa bed was comfy. Overall 9/10. Brest was simple yet fulfilling. Can’t complain. Staff was polite.
I hope that it could be a rating less than 1 star !!!!! I was the last 20 minute on telephone trying to make a reservation because on Booking.com asks for credit card which I don't have having only debit card and cash .. The first question I asked was is it possible without card and he said yes.. after all that time came someone else who said sorry should be with credit card ..!!! Awful..! You should learn from other groups perhaps jumeirah or Accor group?!!!
