Absolutely super service! I contacted Krintech one Saturday inquiring about engraving a set of LSA glasses and display board as wedding gift for my sister. Kalpesh was extremely knowledgeable in helping me design the end product and all inquiries or updates were responded to almost immediately. Having called with an idea on what I was after, I received an excellent price for the engraving and Krintech were also able to source the item I was engraving directly from LSA International with a discount on the list price.
