Very bad experience with this hospital helpline. I called for same information but who had pick up the phone doesn’t have basic manners how to talk to the customer, I shocked though maybe I am calling in wrong number but isn’t , she was like talk to her relative, also first time she disconnect my call by herself asking me to come hospital I said I am calling from Mumbai isn’t possible to come for information. Again I called and asked her what are the facilities available but she doesn’t known about anything. I think this kind of employee may be loosing their business. I am pretty sure that if this type workers is there how would be their service in the hospital
