Visited this store on a number of occasions as it is conveniently located at the exit of Tesco. The experience has been a hit or miss largely due to two key factors: staff and availability of products. Some staff members are lovely and attentive but there are some that make you feel like you are a nuisance(e.g. they are having quite private conversations in front of customers or one eating pringles behind the counter while the other is serving). Additionally, in my opinion Krispy Kreme's coffee quality beats nearby Starbuck's- that is when you can get it. I don't drink dairy and found that on 8 out of 10 disappointing visits, they just don't stock soy or other non-dairy milk. This is extremely baffling especially since the supermarket is just an escalator trip away. Overall, this store is fine but needs to review its customer service and supplies and product management.

The espresso I ordered was cold and the taste was not super impressive unfortunately
The best Krispy Kreme store to go to in London. Great customer service from the gentleman that manages the store (I think) and fresh doughnuts (unlike most places these are made in this very store). Whenever I’m in the area I always make a visit.
Always fresh doughnuts but service needs bit more friendly and engaged.
I would always purchase Krispy Kreme doughnuts here - Hygiene was good and so were the staff. Now the staff are just so rude. Young girl in the head scarf had no manners. I was just shocked. And let's not start on the hygiene - man with hairy hands touching the doughnuts. No gloves. I found that disgusting.
