This was the worst experience I ever had at a motor dealer. I live in Welkom and normally drive through for my service, but will never again. I have taken my 16 year old VW Kombi to have serviced and fixed for my holiday. Various complaints on the notification of other problems, they removed the nut which keeps the wheel bearing in place on the left front wheel. We drove back to Welkom which could have resulted in a catastrophy. Say no more. Quote for repairs in excess of R22000 yet I had them (those which were valid) done for less than R2400

If I could give zero stars I would. Bought a relative new second hand Kombi still under warranty from there Mastercars division and was one of the worst car buying experiences I had to date. They sold it to me with engine fault of which after a year has been in 4 times for more than 2 months in total for warranty repairs(@ Linsdsay Bloemfontein). Complained at DP about sales person Lawrens and that I do not want to work with him but still forced me to work with him. At purchase there was a part missing and after 11months I am still waiting for it and Lawrens ignoring my messages. Cherry on the cake is that I had to wait for the Kombi @ purchase because the head mechanic took it on holiday with his family where he would have noticed the engine fault which means they sold to me knowing. Covid lockdown prohibited me from returning the vehicle otherwise I would have.
