I'll say this much..One gets the impression of a professional workshop and the name of Bosch car service certainly helps...but I had an appointment to have an original mercedes benz car radio fitted. The electrician did not recognise the fact that the radio was incorrect for the build in, scratched the avant-gard aluminium panels and was for my liking too distracted by private phone calls to concentrate on the matter in hand. 135 for a lousy installation! I will not be a returning customer.

Ich war zum ersten Mal bei Kropat und muss sagen, hier stimmt alles. Von der Kontaktaufnahme über den Service bis hin zur Abholung. Sehr freundliches Team. Komme sehr gerne auf Kropat zurück, wenn was mit meinem Auto sein sollte.

tankstelle geht, bosch-dienst nicht, sehr schlechtes preis-leistungsverhältnis, mürrischer inhaber, wollte reifenwechsel, kam mit reifenschaden raus (schraube in einem reifen, die vorher definitiv nicht drin war), aussage chef: das solle ich erstmal beweisen, danke !!! ...
