Appalling service, product and store cleanliness. Pizza not thoroughly cut and barely cheese on it.
So slow I swear I am not coming back to this Roman's.. They don't even apologize or friendly to the customers for making us wait 45-50m for a single large pizza.. Mxm sis rubbish cause I was in a hurry.. Very bad customer service. They'll never see me again in here thats for sure!!!! They don't we seem deserve a star!
They don't answer their phones when calling in to place an order. I asked why when I got to the store, and was told that they don't have time to answer phones when they are busy. Whilst standing there the phone was busy ringing off the hook as other ppl were trying to place orders. The lady serving me thenseemed irritated because I was asking her why they don't answer calls.. Why bother having a phone if it won't be answered.
The pizza they gave us is raw....twice. The staff are reluctant to help. The noise was so loud. Never again.
Staff does not listen when an order is placed. Then they tell you it's your fault. I will never support them ever again.
False advertising on the delivery during lockdown, Website state R40 but when you place the order the lady phones and stated it is an extra R60 needs to be paid, we stay 6km from the one in Krugersdorp. Used to love this place, all trust lost. cheers Roman's
