They never answer their calls, as a result you can't make appointments to see the doctor attending to your loved one, you cannot speak to your loved one. Some people cannot travel daily to the hospital and are only available on the weekend and theres no doctors on the weekend. It's really frustrating. Our loved ones in there need our support and you're robbing us of that opportunity. Your phones are supposed to be working all day everyday. Can you imagine not having a visitor for 2 weeks or even more and no calls?? How are they supposed to recover if their loved ones are not supporting them. They need to atleast know that we are constantly thinking of them and supporting them. Please fix your phone issue!!!!!!!

spent a few weeks in ward 7 during my training. I enjoyed myself. The Staff was very friendly and professional.
