The place is great ,and the customer service is excellent. just that the customer don't have a place to sit, as the one you guys have is not really comfortable. and the sun is burning, when they are waiting for the cars. 80%

In the past these guys were good. And I suppose they still are. But I was disappointed today. I had limited time but had to have the alignment on my son's car checked, and possibly the tyres rotated. I checked the car in and was told about 45min waiting. We accepted that and walked to the nearby mall and kept ourselves busy for more than an hour. On returning to TW&T to pick up the car, it turned out it has not been attended to - nearly 2hrs after checking it in. So - not a good experience today.
