We had an awesome experience from showroom visit to instal completion. We worked with both owners at the showroom. They spent a lot of time with us explaining options and answering all of our questions. James and Chris were our instal guys. They were on time, very friendly, neat, and professional. I think this is probably the first place I have ever ordered something where they don’t take any money until their product is installed. Highly recommend!!!

My gas log installation couldn't have been smoother. The credit goes to the technicians being, meticulous, patient and especially knowledgeable.. Along the way, I was provided good clear advice and choices (coaching me) along the way. Advice I accepted each time. When all the work was complete, the warranty was explained thoroughly and given an understanding of proper maintenance with examples.. And of course, Tyler gave us a little sales pitch to replace the older, not so handsome, gas log in our 2nd fireplace. So it will be getting a new log in the spring. Thank you for all your good help along the way. We will have nothing but good things to say and spread about North Texas Chimney. See you in the spring. Larry B.
