The idea itself is interesting, but I truly hated the implementation. I believe that being pro-ukrainian was intended as this place's specifics, but it is a lot over-the-border. National identity is great, but not in such an aggressive way. As a Russian tourist (who brings money to Ukraine) I would truly appreciate if the waiter does not pretend not to understand me at all when I speak Russian, because he does understand, and if I tried to communicate in English (language of international communication) he would not have to PRETEND not to understand me, I'm afraid. Russian-Ukrainian confrontation bothers me a lot and such places just make me sad. Hope the place somehow softens it's policy (saving it's specifics, interior and cuisine) and it would be much more pleasant then!

Very interesting theme and such an Ukrainian approach! You should go there definitely, especially if ur a tourist! Home made shots there a must!
Strong traditional Ukrainian restaurant. I love the feel of this place. It does get quite warm in there however. There is basically no AC so get used to wiping your forehead if you're hot natured! Otherwise, it had some great traditional Ukrainian food and a great atmosphere!
