Those expecting bend over backwards, over the top service for the customer may be initially disappointed. But my family has used this company for the past 3 years for simple things like chemicals and pool test, to bigger jobs such as new vinyl and parts; and I must say they have always been honest, fair, and provided good work.

Called to make an complain about a young lady in their company’s car basically running me & my child off the road. Stephanie's response was very rude. Not surprised by all the other bad reviews!!!!!

If I could give zero stars I could. My mother has a pool that was installed and maintained for years by this company and up until recently had been great. Kevin said he would install a handrail for her so that she would be able to get in and out easier for her physical therapy. However, after asking when it would be installed Kevin said he had to “rent equipment” and if she could find someone else to install it to by all means do so. When she questioned why certain things were serviced a different way, his response was to “fix it yourself if you don’t like how it’s done” unacceptable.

Place I go to if I need service or parts for the pool. Stephanie at the office is top notch and Kevin the tech is awesome. Try it out if you need your pool worked on.
