The BEST bounce house rental we’ve ever worked with! They were spotlessly clean, very courteous/friendly and on time. Their prices can’t be beat. They made sure we had the perfect location that would provide the most power from our house. (Otherwise it wouldn’t inflate as much and would require extra power if too far from the plug, probably the issue the bad reviews had, but it’s not K’s responsibility). Will continue to use them time and time again!!!

I attended a birthday party for my niece today. The bouncy house was provided by K's Bounce n Play. The bouncy house was the only form of entertainment for the kids. Unfortunately, the bouncy house would not remain inflated. If there were more than 2 kids in the bouncy house at once, it deflated. When called about the deflated bouncy house, we were advised that if they were to have to bring a generator that we would have to pay for and supply the fuel. Therefore, my sister was not properly educated or the process. This is very disappointing as my niece was unable to enjoy her 3rd birthday party with her friends. 170 for WHAT!?

The BEST and EXTREMELY clean bounce houses and water slides I have rented. The guys setting up the bounce house and water slides were very detailed and professional! They even had a thunderstorm hit on the way and they made it on time. I HIGHLY recommend hiring Ks Bounce N Play. I look forward to renting again.

I am so upset and deeply disappointed. As a mom, the only thing that I wanted was for my daughter to enjoy her 3rd birthday party with her friends and family who travelled from near and far. This was impossible as the bouncy house that we rented would not remain inflated. It took 3 hrs for a resolution to be communicated with us but the party is now over and we are still waited for this to be fixed. My daughter is so sad. I will not recommend this place to anyone.

I called Phoenix rentals and they said 190 and I had to pick up the jumper and set up myself. I’m from Cali. And and I don’t roll with people who do business like that so I searched around and found this amazing company. I called the day of my nieces party all last minute! They hooked it up 170 for everything!, set up! Sanitized! Ready for my babies to jump. It was totally awesome and quick! Definitely would rent again for future birthdays when I come to NC!
