I got lost with the installation of Microsoft Office, where Jonas did a perfect job in helping me throughout the process. I initially phoned the shop where another staff told me to bring it there (wasting too much of my time), and with the help of Jonas everything could be done from my house. Great job!!

Bought a laptop from this store via delivery yesterday. I'd like to thank Mr Jonas. He's very attentive, helpful sales person who guided me all the way from choosing the brand model, the price, the specs and provided me necessary details before purchasing. He personally handed over the laptop to my house during MCO after finished setting up. I'd like to thank Mr Joseph also for his help in getting the salesperson. This store is highly recommended

Their product delivery is also excellent and their method of dealing with customers are also very good . Mr Jonas helped us with all the installations without any glitches. Good, pleasant experience purchasing from them. Joseph, the Branch Manager was very friendly and helpful. He resolved my technical upgrades and questions quickly, and gave knowledgeable options. Even with some minor credit card glitch, all the staff was very positive, friendly and eager to find a way to resolve it. Happy to buy again from them. Thanks and keep up the good work!

I wanted to buy a laptop from this store. The sales executive was keen on explaining things about the laptop. However, since the day I visited for buying laptop , I was repeatedly asked whether I'm interested in buying or not or when would I come and buy. So , finally when I went there to buy the executive is in a hurry to see me off as if the store is busy and they are about to close. Overall, I had received a good deal but the behaviour of sales executive could be better towards customers. Customers have to be reached out and respected. We are paying for the product and not getting it for free. A great store!!!
