When I reach this lenovo service centre only I realise Saturday not operating due to mco but why did not change the time here? You paste the memo infront of the centre you assume everyone know it? I've been calling the number for several time but nobody pick up the call. I'm vry disappointed to LENOVO.

Couldn't be worse... The solution is to just change the part without any sort of hardware checking.

Well service attitude, answer my questions nicely. Maybe there was a human resources management before, as a result I get the service very nicely. I claimed my Lenovo warranty for window crashed at here.

service quite limited because they need to wait for spare part from oversea, but nice service. waiting time quite long but u have choice to send your stuff to other place

Wallahi, NEVER buy Lenovo laptop, their after service is really backward and the worst thing is the ideapad 320s I bought disfunctioned just after 1 month purchase！！！ May Lenovo go to Hell!!!!!
