This is the 3rd time I bought gold jewelry online from this shop. Reasonable gold and workmanship price. Secured postage and pretty fast too. I don’t have to worry about not getting my item. I hope u guys can add more collections and stocks to your online shop so people like me can have our shopping spree online.

Customer service was ok. Seller responded to queries quickly. But the bracelet I purchased for my wife broke after just two weeks of normal usage. Don't recall any rough use, but it just suddenly fell off the wrist. Luckily we knew where it was. Seller says it cannot be mended and can just be traded in. So suggestion to buyers is to seek proper advice, hold and product before buying.

Ordered a gold necklace from their website recently. Honestly (like most people) I was quite sceptical about purchasing jewellery online initially. However, I was quite impressed with the transparency of the price, which were reasonable for 22k gold and included a breakdown for both material and labour costs. In the end, I was extremely happy with the quality and craftmanship of the product, would definitely order again and strongly recommend to others!

My BF and I decided to purchase a bracelet and a ring online from MS Jewels because we weren't able to go to a physical shop together. Curse you COVID19. After going through their website I found the items I wanted and payment process was quick and simple. I do hope in the future they will accept foreign debit or add paypal in their payment options. Their website was easy to navigate through, personally I think it's even better than other big name jewellery brands in Malaysia. I'm quite happy that they displayed the prices and details on the items, it's good that everything is quite transparent as well. Just hoping they could add width of bracelets, that would be a nice addition.Hard for potato-sized people like me to figure out what the bracelet might look like on my wrists. The jewelleries are affordable, beautifully designed and crafted. I did a lot of comparing with other brands as well, I really like how their ring designs have some heftiness even if they weigh under 2g. As for delivery, I was provided with the tracking number and link. They also have insurance if I'm not mistaken, which does ease my mind a bit. Delivery was fast as well. Took 1-2 days to arrive. However, the bracelet I received was not the one I ordered. I informed Eric about the issue, he profusely apologised and said they will give a full refund for my bracelet and asked if I could return the other bracelet via post. Decided it was best to return it in person at their office. Met with Eric and his colleague. The whole thing was smooth. Returned the bracelet and was given the one I ordered. I was also given a discount on my bracelet . Overall, great products and services. I would love to shop at MS Jewels again in the future. I really love my ring and bracelet ️
