Only one staff is very nice, sadly she was on leave today. Perhaps other staff could entertain us similar like her as we were actually looking for earrings and ring. Unfortunately, the way she (other staff) entertained us like "better you leave fast laaa" rather than recommend us for other options. Sad... U lost 2 serious buyers today.

Bad impression. Went to choose wedding ring but the sales person was not helpful. Maybe it was because we just want to look for some simple model and the sale does not mean that much to her. I will not step into any Po* Kon* outlet in future. Thank you.

Dont know what's wrong with the Sales person from Poh Kong Mid valley branch, Poker face whole trip when i go into the store. Dint attentive at all. I personally think the company send the SA to this branch so that they can chase away the customer to other brand. lol

I had a very bad experience because the staff promise to give discount once I join member after the price deal and I have make payment end up she said cannot give me the price. She need me to pay again the balance. Very bad service. How can you have deal the price and customer already make payment, you said cannot give the price... So bad

Extremely bad customer service. I was interested in spending 6k on a new ring, a splurge if you will. But the absolutely horrible customer service made me disgusted. Thye just try to judge who got money and who dont have. Just cause i wear shirt and shorts and loook young they dont want to entertain.

Had a bad service experience in your diamond and gold by poh kong outlet in mid valley. The staff is so unhelpful, insincere and bogus.. So frustrating.. We brought an diamond ring last year Dec 19. Being told that we can come for ring cleaning/polishing for lifetime. Went for cleaning before CNY, just walk in and they clean it for me.. Appreciated.. Went again on 5th June 2020 for cleaning around 6pm.. A lady staff(A) said we need to pay for the cleaning if without receipt.. I said how come? The previous time no need.. Then another lady(B) recognise the ring and ask (A) to clean it.. Took the ring and rush off for dinner after the cleaning(didnt examine).. While I'm sitting for dinner and look at the ring... She DID NOT clean it... feel CHEATED.. OMG.. How can a well known company like poh kong cheats customer on such a small matter?? Is this how you all train your staff?? So disappointed.. Where is the integrity to consumer? Consumer nowadays prefer good services instead of price.. Plus poh kong price is more or less the same with your competitors.. Business is already not easy after this pandemic crisis plus with this kind of not genuine attitude.. Terribly disappointed.

One of many jewellery store options in MidValley Magamall. Wide range of gold, silver and precious stone options - chains, rings and earrings. Have used their repair services a couple of times and found them to be knowledgeable and professional and very reasonable as a service charge. I am sure other jewellers are similar, however, I know what to expect at Poh Kong and never disappointed.
