The place is easy enough to spot as it is along the Old Klang Road . They don't have many parking spots. But I was able to find one next to the shop. I guess it would be difficult during peak hours. They are well stocked as far as household electrical equipment is concerned. Fridges, Air Conditioners, Cooking Stoves, Coffee Machines and much much more is available here. They do have a relatively good customer service. Before you get in, they take your temperature & you must check in by scanning the government QR Code. They then ask you what items you are interested in & take you straight to that section. This minimises the number of people freely roaming in the shop. Service is quick & the staff seem to have a relatively good command of product knowledge. I would recommend this shop

Brought 2 different cars to collect 55 inch TV, both car was so obvious can put in the TV and the staffs refused to even agree despite measuring the size of the TV vs the cars that can put at the back seat. Kept insisting to pay RM35 for transport fee. Now am not sure if they will install the TV free at home insisting delivering it or not after with the unhappiness and inconveniences caused.

I have always found your company to be honest & good and it surprises me that such unfortunate incident has happen. I was requested and paid for 160L chest freezer. Even, i double confirmed with your staff and invoice is written Sharp 160L and when i received is 140L. When I first learned of this problem, I contacted your company sales person, Nurul at your company, and was told that nothing could be done about my problem. I believe that this response is unfair to me because of your company Fraudulent Services also Fraudulent Pricing. May i ask you a question, if you are not in the particular business line how the hell you know that is gross or net capacity to a chest freezer. Why that your sales person did not explaning to the customer in early stage before payment is make. I felt that your company is not honost & Fraudulent Services also Fraudulent Pricing to confuse the customer. I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible to resolve this problem. If I do not hear from you, I will file a complaints with KPDNHEP the Ministry consumer affairs agencies. I am enclosing copies of my receipt below

Good selections, good price & good service. Most competitors don't provide all three. Sales person always there to explain the product. Discount/free gift available if asked. Parking can be challenging at the Old Klang Road branch.

Went to buy a Panasonic remote control. Quick nd efficient. Beware, accept cash only.. Make sure you have enough cash with you.
