Best place for indoor shopping, hang out and enjoy movie. Their location also nearby with another shopping place. Great!

There's only a cinema (Lotus) on Level 7 and Bowling alley on 9th. Link bridge to Paya Bunga Square/UTC on 2nd floor, albeit a poorly planned layout on the latter. The whole complex by PMINT could be better in terms of planning and design, but it's Terengganu so nobody really look into details.

Been there for watching a movie at cinema, all i can say is its facilities are good. Has elevators and escalators to ease people walk.

Well, there's not much to describe.. Actually its clean, nice, smell's good but there is not much shop open here.. Actually its very like empty.. When I went there you can feel sign of lonely.. But there still we can experience new things.. We can eat korean food which is very hard to find in Terengganu.. We can played bowling. Well there is not much bowling in Terengganu.. Well if there is it will be very far.. I think that they need to find shop to rent.. There we can't find to much things.. Sometimes elevator work and sometimes not.. Cause there is just one way, we need to like climb the elevators.. There their elevators is stairs one.. I think they need more security guards at the elevator maybe.. safety first ofcourse..

Cinema is too bright when the movie is on, the seat numbers, the "Keluar" sign, the lights leaking from the loose door. The staff which comes in to spot check every 15 minutes and not to mention the live feed of the CCTV in each cinema being displayed in the lobby for all to see...
