Last time, I came here but a woman staff at the itemize and calculation counter not fully knowledgeable at certain enquiries. It seems that it was new as no signage available at that time. End up I went to MAIDAM Kuala Terengganu. More efficient system and staffs. Hopefully on the next time that problem not happen again here.
