There was a festival when I was there. Don't remember what festival it was called but the locals were swarming in... A unique and lively temple with delicate carvings. I happened to speak to one of the locals - said this is an annual event where the locals came to give their offerings so they could be blessed with a smooth sailing year. I did not give it a second thought and joined this interesting event

Another Taoist temple around Carpenter Steet Kuching, specifically located at the end of the street. The temple is very beautiful, decorated with many carvings, and ornaments. There is a pool too for keeping tortoises in the temple. In front of the temple, it is a small venue for holding temple events.
A beautiful temple and have great memories there.
