Kuching car rental at kuching airport i must give a 5star for their excellent services and support. I came for my unimas graduation thus week. Staff are friendly and gave me tips on places of interest and as a surprise graduation gift they gave a sarawakian kek lapis. Car condition was new perodua bezza for only promotion of rm99 for minimum 3 days.i would recommend people to them. I was surprised why some people could be so nasty to post unpleasant remarks eventhiugh they never rented their cars. Andy sally are great people ya

Hi just a short note that I am very satisfied with the services last week when I rented a good condition Toyota vios for a round trip from kch to Kota kinabalu.encountored an accident in Sibu and within a few hours was given a replacement.. Andy the friendly guy was very helpful and gave me tips throughout my journey.friendly staff greeted me at kk Airport.. I have been using their services for a few years now. I would recommend them especially for chauffeured services or self drive. Nobody is perfect and despite that I do see some negative comments. It's important to weigh the pros and cons and do not prejudge..

Good car rental service and I can say the best price for rental in entire Kuching city. Contacted the boss directly and arranged for 3 days rental. The car was maintained in good condition. Friendly staff Mr.Eddie waited me at airport for delivery and handover. He give many tips and temple visit in Kuching. Keep up the good job and will come back again to you guys!. Thanks

Hardly recommend to STAY AWAY from this unreliable company. Tried to book a car for 3 days and submitted their online form two times, no respond at all!!! Add their number to contact them to make sure the booking is in order, responded an “ok” Next day expected the car to deliver at the hotel but I had a feeling this is not gonna happen. I was right, after an hour the expected delivery time still nothing. Drop another message and the response was “sorry bos no more car” I questioned them how this could happened and why they did not contact me earlier??? They seny emojis and kisses... Absolutely a joke so please try to look for somewhere else!!! I went back to airport with grab which cost only 2 and rented a car, it took approx 25 min. from Kuching central. STAY AWAY from Kuching Car Rental!!!

Shop is okay but dont ask too much. Apologized for offending the seller since I was asking too much but seller insist on insulting. Then out of nowhere, is insulting my financial stability which then they add "no money so no honey"-literal word by seller. I was hated and blocked for it. 5 stars for great service.
